The National Weather Service in Honolulu has issued a Flood Watch for all main Hawaiian Islands from Sunday evening through Tuesday afternoon due to incoming heavy rainfall. Moisture associated with Hurricane Lowell is expected to create conditions favorable for flash flooding.
