The affected areas include Lunenburg, Brunswick, Dinwiddie, Greensville, Sussex, Surry, Southampton, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Newport News, Hampton/Poquoson, Isle of Wight, Suffolk, Norfolk, and Portsmouth.
